Set Goals for Your Life

“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.”

We are in a world where young people’s opportunities are limited. You may be working too long to get to the edge where you want, but finally, you will age before achieving. Our efforts and energy are indeed spent in unworthy places that, in return, offer us nothing. You see a young, energetic. Learned boy or girl, scrolling all social media platforms on their phone, you see another having tens of social media applications, watching videotapes of men and women who are earning from his click. We have become a young generation whose time, energy, and brain are flooded aimlessly with worthless places.

Being in the 20s to 30s, having no clear crystal goals. Seated on your mother’s sofa, knowing the burden life keeps you in tomorrow’s box, far from the humble realization of why he was brought to this world with all these muscles.

In today’s youth, some have made significant progress—by achieving substantial goals they have set for their souls, you see a young girl or boy before the age of 40 with full financial independence, earning without working 9 to 5, having all their needs covered. Taking further steps, he invited his fellow friends to their pool of opportunities after successfully running businesses for decades.

A: Set Your Goals

“Your goals are the road maps that guide you and show you what is possible for your life.”

When you have goals in your mind, you can easily focus on where and how you want. You will be targeting specific tasks with clarity. As your effort and energy squarely land on that target. It is said that those with the goals are more likely to achieve than those just pursuing without knowing where they are heading. So it is paramount to establish your own goals before you get into any task.

B: Bold Determination

Determination in your goals is significant in achieving your goals. Unwavering determination and commitment help us achieve our long- and short-term goals. Every task to be executed has its challenges and setbacks, and for us to break through, we need to be firm and determined to overcome however waves of challenges try to slap us. Only determined souls drive their goals.

When obstacles arise, you change your direction to reach your goal; you do not change your decision to get there.”

Know Who You are

It’s said that knowing you is a long life journey. And one cannot know who they are unless they try new things in life’s complex trials it exposes to us. But the easiest way to identify where you belong is by knowing and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. Here, to have strength doesn’t mean to have muscles or metal-like hands to blow away people, but the degree of perseverance when you are hit. Likewise, your weaknesses are unique qualities that you lack that demand you to know every now and then. The great philosopher Aristotle once said, ‘Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.’ When you know who you are, you can also be where you want to be in this life.

    C: Time As An Asset

Nothing more valuable than time has been given. When you utilize your time wisely, you will indeed end up harvesting its profit. The rich, who have amassed billions of dollars, and those who are earning small coins, both have the same amount of time; it is upon you to decide how and what to use. You may be the one investing his time by taking his time to where it deserves, either learning new skills by attending school or investing his resources in business, all of which will profit him later. Or you will be the kind of soul that sleeps late, wakes up later, and loiters around the town, moving from one corner to another just to waste time and instead of investing, spend. Maybe you are assuming killing time will relieve your pain and agony, but bear in mind that the minutes and seconds you misspend will be a curse waiting for you in the other corner of the near future.

“To accomplish great things, we must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe.” Anatole France’
